If you like to find out more about Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) eating, or simply try something different, then why not treat yourself to a lunch at the home of artist and writer Renate van Nijen.
A Whole-food plant-based lifestyle means that you are eating no animal products and everything as close to nature as possible. It also means eating mostly organic and no processed food.
What do doctors say
Some of the claims from doctors, who support a whole-food-plant based lifestyle, are that it can reverse diabetes, heart disease, strokes, and many inflammation-related illnesses, and it can prevent, or hugely postpone Alzheimers).
You will enjoy a delicious whole-food plant-based lunch with a three-course menu, which includes a soup, some tapas, a main course, consisting of a pasta and two types of salads, and a desert. It also includes a few drinks.

Even if you are a meat eater or a vegetarian you will be surprised how good this food can taste, and you will get all the recipes printed out, so you can try them at home.
Would you like to try out something different with a group of friends? Minimum 6 people and maximum 10. Price 25€ per person, which includes the three course meal, a few drinks and the recipes printed out.
