Avocado is now officially one of the healthiest things to eat so recipes seem to emerge from everywhere. Today I am sharing a very simple recipe. Quick to prepare and delicious! Even if you are not so fond of anchovies you might want to try this as it is such an excellent combination of tastes.
Ingredients:
1 medium size avocado
1 small container with anchovies.
Preparation:
Peel the avocado and cut in bite size slices then put a piece of anchovy fillet on each piece of avocado.
