Tuna fish spread

20160616_173241You have unexpected visitors and a practically empty fridge but tinned tuna fish, mayonnaise and a lemon hanging around? Why not try out this delicious spread.

Ingredients:

2 small tins of tuna fish

1 heaping tablespoon finally chopped onions

1 heaping tablespoon mayonnaise to taste

Lemon juice a good squeeze

Salt and pepper to taste       Tunafish with spoon

(Toasted) bread or crackers

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients well and put in the fridge for a couple of hours. Serve on bread, toast or crackers.
